How we work

A small team with its own software

Every store runs on Shopify. Around it we build our own internal tools for orders, design hand-off, advertising and reporting, so a small team can run several brands at once.

Made to order

Products are printed after the customer orders and approves a free mockup, so we hold little stock and waste less.

Our own tools

One dashboard tracks orders, fulfilment, ad spend and revenue across every store, with a daily report to the team.

AI in the workflow

We use AI models, including Anthropic’s Claude, for writing, analysis and building our software. A person reviews anything that reaches a customer.

Building on Claude

An early-stage startup that runs on Claude

HYPERECOM is a young, self-funded startup, and Claude is central to how we work. Support from Anthropic, through API credits and technical guidance, would let us move our support, content and reporting tools from internal use to every store we run, and eventually to other small merchants.
